He co-founded GetWhys in 2021 to fix the synthesis gap he kept running into — the stretch between finishing fieldwork and actually influencing a product decision. He leads product vision and customer relationships from GetWhys' Los Angeles home base.

She brings a rare combination of research operations knowledge and product intuition — she has personally run over 300 user interviews and built the mental model of what good synthesis tooling should feel like long before GetWhys existed.
